Dear Dr. Campbell,
This letter is to express our deep appreciation for all you have done for Trent, our 10
year old son. ln addition, we hope this letter provides insight to other parents as to
how they may be able to help their children EARLY in their lives to provide a base for
current or potential issues dealing with their bodies, minds, and other related issue€s.
As you know, from September through December 2010 Trent was experiencing severe
headaches, vomiting, and fatigue on a weekly basis. He missed several days of school
and also was having extreme motion sickness, Our school nurse suggested he get his
eyes checked. The optometrist diagnosed asthenopia which is a depth perception
failure in the eyes. We were told that the only way to correct this was to go to a vision
therapist (not covered by insurance) and that Trent would endure grueling eye exercise
therapy for months on end with the potential of no recovery.
Fortunately we called my parents and let them know of the long road ahead of us. As
an alternative, they suggested that we come see you because of their personal
experience of success under your care. lt was a blessing that we contacted you
because through your evaluation of our son and your expertise, four months after your
care, our son now has no depth perceptaon issues. He passed his eye exam with no
errors where durirng his initial exam he passed only 3 of the 9 tests.
It is clear to us that your extensive knowledge of the body partnered with your
neurology and kinesiology background allowed you to diagnose and correct our son's
depth perception failure, You also eliminated his motion sickness and strengthened
his entire body and overall wellness. ln addition, under your care, you added
important vitamins to his daily routine which he was lacking in order to have his body
function at its optimal level.
Trent is extremely active in travel sports and with the vitamins determined by you,
exercises, and the continued scheduled adjustments, we are seeing a stronger
healthier, 10 year old boy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care,
concern, and personal interest in helping get Trent back on his feet ready to take on
the world!

Thank you Campbell Wellness Center! My wife and I started going to Dr. Campbell on December 2nd. We have been more than happy with both the kinesiology and the chiropractic treatments we've received so far from Dr. Campbell.
We have lived in the Las Vegas area for 31 years and for us what stands out with Campbell Wellness Center is:
1. Dr. Campbell explains everything in detail, from your x-rays to any supplements that he gives you. This is in contrast to our previous experiences at all other medical facilities.
2. If you ever have a question while at home, Dr. Campbell tells us to call the office. This is also quite comforting.
Another thing that we appreciate is Dr. Campbell's front office staff. Marcy and Audrey are fantastic. Not once have we called where we didn't get a courteous and helpful response from both ladies.
Well, tomorrow we start our fourth week. We look forward to our appointments; it is probably because of the confidence Dr. Campbell has given us, plus the whole pleasant atmosphere in his office.
I would like to add that my kidney issue and my wife's sinus and allergies have noticeably improved in only three weeks. We are very happy campers.

My name is Susan, and I just want to tell people suffering from back pain, leg pain, or foot pain, that I was in that condition when I walked into Dr. Campbell's office just three weeks ago, and already I am almost pain free.
I now own a pair of spinal pelvic stabilizers and in ten years have not felt so great.

Dear Dr. Campbell:
The purpose of this letter is to thank you so very much for the care you have provided me during the past few months. You and your staff have been nothing short of amazing displaying the utmost care, understanding and support. The overall methods used to treat my gamut of internal issues including, but not limited to: musculoskeletal, neurological and glandular have been extraordinarily effective.
For example:
- My left hip is in need of replacement and the orthotics you custom fit me with are absolutely phenomenal. I was very much a skeptic about cushioned shoe inserts, but from the first day of use, I have been walking normally. To think that for over 20 years, I have been walking with a noticeable limp/hitch; and now with the orthotics, I now can walk perfectly.
- The supplements you provided have given me more energy and focus throughout the day. They make me feel genuinely happier, healthier and more confident about everyday life.
- The orthotic accessories (e.g. pillow and neck support) have been extremely helpful. I am definitely sleeping more soundly and peacefully thanks to these accessories.
- The Hydro-Table is exceptional and it really makes a difference in relieving stress and massaging my neck and back.
- Last, but certainly not least, I am a huge believer of the oxygen therapy since meeting you. It is unbelievable how oxygen therapy helps me heal faster and it also relieves mental stress. Overall, I just feel better and I strongly attribute it to the oxygen therapy.
The bottom line is that I appreciative your expertise and experience. Your treatments, including adjustments have been astounding. I am grateful for you services and extremely appreciative of the care at the Campbell Wellness Center. In April of 2003 I had both of my knees replaced. I have been in pain since that time. Going to the medical Doctors I was given only medications for pain until I was walking around medicated all the time. I put on a great deal of weight as I was sleeping way to much and not exercising due to the pain. The pain in my knees was so severe that some nights I could not get up the stairs to my bedroom and spent the night on the living room couch.
I heard about the Cold Laser Therapy and of Dr. James Campbell, I made an appointment. The experience that I then had would be difficult to duplicate. The staff were so considerate and kind it was like I was visiting someone's home, not a Doctor's office. The physical I was given was the best I have ever had, and Doctor Campbell listened to me as I explained my pain. He answered my questions and asked questions. We talked, something that seems unusual in a Doctor's office. He not only addressed my pain, but helped me with nutritional needs and with his expertise with Kinesiology, found that it was the dye in the cement used in the knee replacement that was causing much of the pain. With a combination of Chiropractic, Cold Laser, Nutritional Supplements and Detoxification the pain that I had experienced for years, was gone.
I strongly encourage all age individuals who are experience pain or the inability to live their life to the fullest, to call Dr. James Campbell. You will be forever grateful that you did, as I am.
